A video has shown the moment a tenant and her landlady argued and insulted each other over an increment in house rent
According to the tenant, they were paying N800,000 yearly rent, before her landlady called her last night and said, her new rent will now be N1,000,000.
The tenant challenged her and said that’s not how to increase a rent, and begged her to clam down.
But madam landlady won’t have it, and has instructed the tenant to move out if she won’t be able to pay. She also asked her, if she’s not aware of the current price of rice.
Both started arguing with the tenant aslo asking her to go and bring her lawyer, becaue she might not pay.
