Arsenal kicked off their Premier League campaign in style with a convincing 2-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Emirates Stadium

Kai Havertz got the Gunners off to a flying start, heading in Bukayo Saka’s pinpoint cross from the right in the first half.
After the break, Saka doubled the lead with a powerful left-footed shot into the top corner, catching the visitors off guard with a quickly taken free-kick.
Although Arsenal weren’t at their best, they remained in control throughout the match and fully deserved their win against a determined Wolves side.
The visitors had a few chances, including a well-saved header from debutant Jorgen Strand Larsen and a tame effort from substitute Matheus Cunha, but ultimately failed to create enough clear-cut opportunities.
Wolves boss Gary O’Neil can’t argue with the result, as his side struggled to make an impact against a dominant Arsenal team.
The win marks a strong start to the season for the Gunners, who will look to build on this momentum in their upcoming matches.
