Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Bella have had their restraining orders against each other dismissed, and their divorce has been finalized.
According to court documents circulating online, a stipulation and order for the dismissal of their temporary restraining orders were filed in Napa County court on November 19.
The couple, who share a 4-year-old son named Matteo, attended mediation on November 8, leading to a “global settlement of all issues” in their divorce case.
The restraining orders, which were issued for Nikki on September 30 and Artem on October 3, are now “immediately terminated and shall no longer be of any force and effect.”
As a result, their upcoming two-day hearing, scheduled to start on December 5, has been removed from the calendar.
However, the custody orders from October 15 remain unchanged.
