Singer, Asake has made history by earning a nomination at the 2025 Brit Awards in the Best International Act category

This recognition comes on the heels of his successful 2024, highlighted by the release of his third album, Lungu Boy. The project featured star-studded collaborations with Wizkid, Stormzy, Central Cee, and Ludmila.

Asake is the only Nigerian artist nominated this year, marking his second Brit Awards nomination following his 2024 nod.

In the highly competitive category, Asake faces global superstars Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, and Benson Boone.

The award ceremony, hosted by Jack Whitehall, will take place on March 1, 2025, at London’s iconic O2 Arena.
