Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has emerged winner at the presidential primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by polling the highest votes.
Atiku defeated all other candidates with a wide margin to emerge the winner of Saturday’s primary election.
Atiku will now be the official candidate of the PDP for the 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.

Nyesom Wike – 237 votes
Bukola Saraki – 70 votes
Anyim Pius – 14 votes
Bala Mohammed – 20 votes
Emmanuel Udom – 38 votes
Sam Ohuabunwa – 1 vote
Oliver Teriela Diana – 1 vote
Void Votes – 12
