When the fire started
Today the Balmoral Event Centre located at Oregun here in Lagos got burnt to ashes while the City People 14th Awards for Excellence was holding. The fire incident took place shortly after the event was declared opened. But as God will have it, no life was lost. But sadly, the whole building got burnt to ashes without any help from fire fighters.
