Banky W reacts to sack of LP’s Attah, says there’s hope
Singer turned politician and preacher, Banky W, has reacted to the sack of Labour Party’s Thaddeus Attah by an election tribunal sitting in Lagos State.
The National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Lagos State sacked Thaddeus Attah of the Labour Party as the winner of the House of Representatives election for Eti-Osa Constituency on monday.
The tribunal, which agreed with Banky W and Obanikoro that polls were invalid in around 40 polling units, also ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to hold supplementary elections in 32 voting units within 90 days as part of its ruling on Monday.
Reacting about the sack, Mr W whose hope is now renewed tweeted, “It is possible. Still.”
