The organizers of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 9 have announced changes to the show’s rules
During the latest live episode, host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu shared the updates.
The Custodian Challenge and HOH ballot, introduced earlier in the season, have been removed.
These features previously allowed Custodians to influence evictions and granted them immunity from eviction.
The role of Head of House has been recessed to include Immunity, but the “save and replace” power has been removed.
Also, housemates will not vote for the eviction of the bottom four pairs. Instead, they will nominate pairs for eviction, and viewer votes will determine which pairs are ultimately evicted.
