Bella Hadid, Khloe Kardashian and Ariana Grande were among the stars who shared their shocked reactions to the devastating fires raging in Los Angeles

Hollywood’s biggest celebrities are picking up the pieces after discovering their affluent neighborhood was reduced to ash and rubble when the California wildfires tore through the Pacific Palisades.
The death toll of the historic infernos have now reached five, as heroic firefighters still battle hellish conditions on the front lines of at least five different fires.
On Wednesday, Hadid, 28, who grew up in Malibu, took to Instagram sharing a photo of the city burning, writing, ‘Praying for our beautiful Malibu and all of the families, homes, and businesses affected. This is a nightmare turned reality.’

Khloe, 40, also shared a photo of the devastation, writing, ‘I cannot believe this is the Pacific Palisades. This is so incredibly heart wrenching. My heart is aching for all of Los Angeles.’
The reality star also shared a message to the firefighters and first responders.
‘Thank you for your unwavering dedication and courage in the face of these devastating fires in CA,’ she wrote. ‘Your selflessness, resilience, and tireless efforts to protect lives and communities are deeply appreciated. You are true heroes, and we are incredibly grateful for all you do.
‘Please know that your sacrifice does not go unnoticed, and we stand with you in gratitude and support. Praying strongly that these winds die down and no more homes are lost Lord. Praying for everyone’s safety!!!!’
In a separate post on her Instagram Stories, Khloe said her heart ached watching the unfolding damage.
Wicked star Ariana, 31, wrote ‘My heart is with everyone impacted by the devastating LA fires. Sharing some organizations to support who are responding to those affected in realtime: @lafdfoundation @calfund @mutualaidla.’
John Legend’s wife, Chrissy Teigen, 39, shared a photo of herself in her walk-in closet with a black suitcase at her feet.
The model covered her face with her hand in shock, with the caption on the photo stating, ‘This is surreal I’m very scared now. Packing.’
Model Kaia Gerber, 23 — who recently split from boyfriend Austin Butler — shared an Instagram Story with some resources for those affected, writing, ‘thinking of everyone during these devastating times. Some resources for those being affected and those looking to help.’
Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, 26, wrote: ‘I love you LA. I’m so sorry this is happening.’
Jessica Alba, 43, wrote on Instagram, ‘We are grateful for the first responders who are on the ground putting their lives at risk – we pray for your safety.’

Kerry Washington, 47, shared a photo of a helicopter dousing the flames with water.
‘Sending love and prayers to everyone being impacted by these fires. And gratitude to the brave firefighters working so hard to fight this devastation.’
