Tech billionaire “biohacker” Bryan Johnson has gone viral once again after joking that oral s3x is basically “late-night snacking”

The eyebrow-raising revelation emerged on X (formerly known as Twitter) after user “Mateo” posted: “Eating p—- not for her pleasure, but for an ample serving of Lactobacilli bacteria to improve my gut health”. Johnson fired back with a cheeky one-liner: “When late night snacking becomes a longevity therapy.”
This exchange is right on brand for Johnson, who documents his extreme anti-ageing routine to millions. He had already sent the internet into meltdown with an earlier, startlingly intimate update: “Just gave Kate oral sex. Goodnight everyone.”
Minutes later, he doubled down by sharing what looked like his partner’s official vaginal microbiome test results. Johnson boasted she scored “100/100” and had a vagina in the “top 1% of the world”, saying her microbiome was 98.7% dominated by Lactobacillus crispatus – a bacterium commonly linked with a healthy vaginal environment.

Nevertheless, Johnson also infamously shared his strict food timing, reportedly refusing to eat anything after around 4pm or 5pm to optimise sleep and longevity. As a result, people joked that oral sex was his loophole for after-hours “snacking”.
Medics have since urged caution.

While the vaginal microbiome can be crucial for reproductive health, doctors note that swallowing Lactobacilli via oral s3x is not a recognised, efficient way to “improve” a man’s gut microbiome. Moreover, it’s not a proven longevity treatment.
