Actress Biola Adebayo has clarified allegations made by beauty entrepreneur Diiadem, who claimed she was treated in a rude way on a movie set 16 years ago.
Diiadem alleged Biola asked her to clean her shoes in a demeaning tone, which Biola denies.

In an interview with Olalekan Fabilola, Biola stated she thought the request was normal.
She added that she wouldn’t speak rudely, and it’s not a crime to ask someone to help.
“I thought it was a joke. Later, I thought 16 years ago, she would probably be around 15/16/17 and I would probably be in my late 20s. I can ask you to help me clean my shoes then. It’s not a bad thing. She took it the wrong way and said it traumatized her. Even if I asked you to help me clean shoes, there’s no way I would have said it rudely. I can never say that. It’s not a crime. If you are older than me, you can send me on an errand,”
Diiadem had said Biola was “super nasty” and the issue was her tone, not the request itself.
She mentioned seeing Biola’s recent content triggered the memory, and Biola allegedly laughed about it online.
Biola maintains her innocence, emphasizing she treats people with kindness.
