Bobrisky has refuted claims of giving human rights lawyer, Femi Falana or his son Falz money for a presidential pardon

This follows an ultimatum from Falana and Falz demanding an apology within 12 hours for allegations made in a audio recording.
Bobrisky allegedly claimed that Falz and his father offered to secure a presidential pardon in exchange for N10 million during his six-month sentence for naira abuse.
However, Falana’s legal team has deemed these statements false and defamatory, harming Falana’s reputation.
Falana’s lawyers demanded a full retraction of the statement and a public apology on all platforms where the statements were made.
Reacting, Bobrisky denied giving money for a pardon, and claimed he wasn’t the person in the viral audio clip, and also stated he didn’t publish defamatory statements about Falana or Falz.
Instead, Bobrisky shifted responsibility to VDM, who published the audio online.
