UK’s PM, Boris Johnson was in Ukraine today.
After his visit, it was revealed that the UK is to send 120 armored vehicles and new anti-ship missile systems to Ukraine.
Downing Street announced this today, shortly after the Prime Minister paid an in-person visit to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Ukraine’s Defence Ministry also hailed Boris on their official twitter account sharing a video of Boris and the President and captioning it;
”At a handshake distance. @BorisJohnson and @ZelenskyyUa walked through the center of Kyiv and talked to ordinary Kyivans. This is what democracy looks like. This is what courage looks like. This is what true friendship between peoples and between nations looks like.”
