Ahmed Ali Ahmed, the Commissioner for Finance in Borno State, has passed away
The circumstances surrounding his death are still unclear, but sources close to the matter have revealed that he was found deceased in his room on Monday morning.
According to Daily Trust, Ahmed’s body was discovered after he failed to emerge from his room at his usual time, prompting concerns from those around him.
The door was forced open, and his lifeless body was found inside.
Governor Babagana Zulum has suffered the loss of two cabinet members within a span of one year, with Ahmed’s passing being the latest.
