Justice Cecilia Olatoregun of the Federal High Court in Lagos today granted the final forfeiture of billions of naira and millions of dollars traced to former First Lady, Mrs Patience Jonathan and her cronies.
The judge also ordered the forfeiture of the humongous funds to the Federal Government on the grounds that they were proceeds of illegal activities, as Jonathan and those involved could not legitimately account for the ownership of the funds.
