The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Diri Duoye, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), governorship candidate as the validly elected Governor of Bayelsa State, following Thursday’s s Supreme Court judgement.
INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu who announced the decision of the Commission after several hours of meeting in Abuja said, the Commission will consequently issue him the Certificate of return to enable his inauguration.
