Former chairman of House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations, Abdulmumin Jibrin, today visited the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress, APC, to honour an invitation over the allegation of budget padding made by him against the Speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara and some members.
APC disciplinary committee had earlier sent for him.
