A tragic accident has occurred in southern Turkey when a cable car cabin hit a broken pole, leaving one person d3ad and 10 injured
Many people were left stranded in the air, with rescue efforts underway. Thankfully, none of those awaiting rescue were critically injured.
Over 100 people have been rescued so far.
The interior ministry stated that helicopters and hundreds of rescue workers were involved in the operation.
The cable car typically carries passengers to a scenic spot in around nine minutes.
