Hennessy flashed her abs in a fuchsia sports bra and some bright white sweatpants.
The sisters danced to the beat of a pop song, with Cardi effortlessly rotating her hips and holding her hands in the air above her.
The post comes nearly two months after Cardi and her husband Offset welcomed their second child into the world.
