Nollywood actress Caroline Hutchins Danjuma is speaking out about the pressures and stigma that divorced women face.
In a heartfelt reflection for International Women’s Day, she stated how society often makes divorced women feel like they’re “the problem” and that they should carry the weight of it all.
Caroline recalled a moment when someone told her to stop sharing pictures of her children, warning that it might “scare away the right man.” Her response? “Let the little boy RUN. I am good.”
The actress proudly shared that she is the mother of three amazing children aged 18, 17, and 11 and she will never hide or trade them for anyone.
She also expressed gratitude for the role her children’s father plays in their lives.
“Motherhood shaped me into the woman I am today,”
Caroline said.
“It taught me love beyond understanding, resilience without losing myself, forgiveness, strength, and grace. Being called a mother is one of the greatest honours of my life.”
On this International Women’s Day, she celebrated her journey as a mother and reminded women that motherhood is not a limitation it’s a legacy.
“God trusted me to shepherd three beautiful souls through life. I am blessed beyond words. We are conquerors.”
