Popular Nigerian streamer and content creator Carter Efe has publicly confirmed that he and his baby mama, Emmanuella, are no longer together, revealing that the breakup happened over a year ago
In a lengthy social media outburst, Carter Efe opened up about the difficult period that followed their separation, describing it as one of the darkest phases of his life. He disclosed that the relationship breakdown affected him mentally, emotionally, and financially, leaving him unable to create content and eventually pushing him into serious financial hardship.
“Just to let you know guys have been single for over 1 year now A God is good!!!! I saw mad changes in my life. The grind was not ordinary! It was intentional and I’m not stopping anytime sooooooooooon!”
According to him, the strain from the relationship made him trend online for the wrong reasons and almost destroyed his career and focus.
“This lady has frustrated my whole life to the extent I trend everyday for beating a lady. For good 2 years I lost everything, I lost my mindset, I cannot think or shoot content, I got broke…………..”
Carter Efe also spoke about being separated from his daughter, Charis, revealing that there was a period when he did not see his child for three months.
“Good 3 months I didn’t see my kid! CHARIS. I never let that hold me down on my grind.”
He explained that stepping away from the relationship helped him rediscover happiness and consistency, which fans have noticed in his recent online presence.
“This days you guys noticed have been happy and active it’s because I was able to move away since!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m aggressively active. GOD IS GOOD.”
The streamer further claimed that Emmanuella left him for several months and later tried to reconnect after his rise as a leading streamer on the continent.
“You left me for good 5months only to come and see that I’m the biggest streamer in Africa. Lmaoooooooooo you wan follow me enjoy when you nor Dey there for me…. Funny bitch.”
Carter Efe also posted photos showing the one-room apartment he and his team once shared during their struggle, explaining how they lived and streamed from the space while hoping for a breakthrough.
“This is where we sleep everyday Me and my Team! In this one room. Hoping God will take control one day!! Until we were chased out from there. Talking to 4 people on livestream hoping and believing one day everything will be Good.”
He emphasized that his grind was never about proving anyone wrong but about securing a better future for his daughter.
“I was intentional about grinding not just because of anybody but for my kid Charis to have a brighter future. GOD IS GOODW. GOD NEVER LEFT MY SIDE WHEN THE POEPLE I LOVE LEFT ME!”
