After a statement on Sunday by the Director General, National Council for Arts and Culture, a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, Segun Runsewe, filtered into town this morning promising to make Tekno a scape goat over his newly released video ‘Agege’, his record label owner, Ubi Franklin and other celebrities have now reacted to the ‘threat’, asking why there should be a need for it..
