A shepherd of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC), Kunle Hamilton, has reacte to Imisi’s victory by issuing a warning to members of the church
In a video shared online, Hamilton addressed concerns about Christians participating in reality TV, saying, “The controversy surrounding Imisi’s participation in this reality show comes from people who believe it’s not a place for Christians. Honestly, I agree 100%.”

He urged young Celestians to avoid following in Imisi’s footsteps, warning that the show’s environment makes it difficult to maintain a clean reputation.
“If Imisi got lucky and escaped without much scandal, I doubt others who go on such shows can keep it clean. Judge for yourselves—how can a reality show, where a man is not just ogling but actually engaging in inappropriate acts, be suitable?” he said.
Hamilton also criticized fellow clergy members who publicly congratulated Imisi, noting that such endorsements could send the wrong signal to the youth.
He explained that while he would privately congratulate her, he would avoid public praise to discourage the notion that participating in such shows aligns with Christian values.
He concluded by urging Imisi to demonstrate seriousness and maintain her Christian principles moving forward, noting that doing so could help her preserve her success and reputation.
