For Zari The Boss Lady, love alone isn’t enough if the bills are piling up.
During a TikTok live session, the Reality TV star Zari The Boss Lady and businesswoman spoke about relationships where a man asks his partner to stop working but then fails to take care of her financially. She said that kind of situation leaves many women stuck, with no income of their own and no one to rely on.
Zari said if a man wants his woman to stay away from work, he should be ready to make sure she lacks nothing. If he isn’t doing that and someone else comes along to offer emotional or financial support, she doesn’t believe the woman should feel bad for accepting it.
She went even further with one statement that left no room for doubt.
“Cheating on a man who doesn’t do anything for you is self-defense.”
She stated that a woman shouldn’t be expected to remain loyal to a partner who has taken away her ability to earn a living but also refuses to provide for her. In her view, that isn’t a fair relationship, and no one should be left struggling under those circumstances.
