Roland Mehrez Beainy, co-owner of the Trump-themed restaurant chain Trump Burger, has been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Reports indicate that Beainy was arrested in May 2025 for allegedly overstaying his visa. He had entered the United States in 2019 on a non-immigrant visitor visa, which required him to leave by February 12, 2024 — a deadline he reportedly missed.
On June 13, an immigration judge granted him bail, though his immigration case is still ongoing.
Trump Burger recently celebrated the grand opening of its newest outlet on April 19 at 3410 Chimney Rock Road in Houston. This location is the chain’s fourth in the Houston area, adding to its branches in Kemah, Bellville, and Flatonia.
