Celebrations took on an extra glow after Olakunle Churchill shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to his son, King Andre, following his 10th birthday party and didn’t forget to appreciate everyone who showed up or sent their love.
The touching post didn’t go unnoticed by his ex-wife, Nollywood star Tonto Dikeh.
Far from old drama, the former couple seemed to be co-parenting like pros, with Tonto publicly applauding Churchill for his efforts.
Churchill took to Instagram to share clips from the birthday bash, gushing about the joy of watching his son hit double digits.
“A beautiful clip from my baby boy’s 10th birthday. My heart is so full. Watching him turn 10 is such a blessing, and I’m beyond grateful to everyone who came to celebrate with us and everyone who sent their love and warm wishes,” he wrote.
“Your presence, prayers, and kind words truly mean the world to us. May the Lord Almighty continue to bless you and your families abundantly. Thank you for being part of such a special moment in our lives.”
In the comment section, Tonto chimed in with a simple but powerful acknowledgment of their teamwork: “We did great. Kudos.”
It’s clear that when it comes to raising King Andre, love, respect, and partnership remain front and center even if the romantic chapter has closed for them.
