Nigerian comedienne Princess has publicly criticized actress Biola Adebayo over her recent interview with Baba Ijesha, describing the move as a betrayal of fellow actress Iyabo Ojo.
Speaking during an Instagram Live session, Princess expressed deep disappointment, pointing out that Iyabo Ojo made significant sacrifices while pursuing justice in the Baba Ijesha case. She questioned why Biola would still go ahead with the interview and refer to Iyabo as a friend.
“I know so many things Iyabo Ojo lost because of Baba Ijesha’s case. You sat down there, and he was mentioning Iyabo’s name, yet you said Iyabo is your friend. Iyabo is not your friend. I wish I could see you one-on-one. You are w!cked,” she said.
Clearly emotional, Princess went further to say she was leaving the matter in God’s hands, accusing Biola of reopening old wounds and causing her fresh pain.
“Biola, I hand you over to God’s judgment. You caused me the pain I am feeling right now. I use Ramadan and Lent to put you in God’s court. I call on my Eleda, the Eleda of my daughter and the Eleda of Baba Ijesha’s victims, to judge you. Biola, you open my wounds. God will judge you. Go and write it down.”
She didn’t hold back in her criticism, also questioning Biola’s intentions and sincerity.
“Biola Adebayo, you are w!cked and insensitive. Nobody put a g*n to your head to upload that video. You are not a Christian. You are a pretender. You are a green snake under green grass. You gave your loyalty to a pedoph!le. How will you feel if someone used your marriage that ended to poke you?”
Princess also suggested that Biola would not have handled the situation the same way if it directly involved her own child, accusing her of prioritizing attention over empathy.
“Biola, you did that interview because it was not your child who was involved. You said you have a child. Before you poke the eye of a bird, why not poke the eye of your child first? You said you were a victim of r@pe, you can never be a r@pe survivor and do what you did. You were only concerned about views and engagement.”
