Omoyele Sowore has confirmed that a court has fixed a date for the hearing of the bail application filed on behalf of crypto entrepreneur Blord
According to him, the bail hearing has been scheduled to hold on Friday, April 17, 2026.
The development comes amid ongoing legal proceedings involving BLord, who has been in detention following charges linked to alleged impersonation and related offences.
The case has drawn wide public attention, with his legal team pushing for his release through bail while the prosecution side continues to respond within court filings.
Sowore’s update indicates that the matter has now moved forward to a formal bail consideration stage, where the court is expected to hear arguments from both the defence and prosecution before taking a decision on whether to grant bail or not.
