The Federal High Court in Lagos has granted Doris Ogala, the African Action Congress, AAC, governorship candidate for the 2027 election in Abia State, bail in the sum of N30 million over allegations of cyberstalking and other offences involving Pastor Chris Okafor
Justice Akintayo Aluko gave the order on Friday, November 6, 2026, fixing the bail at N30 million.
The bail comes with two sureties who must provide the same amount. Ogala must also hand over her international passport to the registrar of the court.
The court also stopped the Nollywood actress from posting anything online that could put prosecution witnesses in danger of harassment, threats or intimidation while the case is still going on.
