Media personality Daniel Regha has spoken out in support of chef Hilda Baci, following unsubstantiated claims that she is romantically involved with Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
The controversy began when a popular blogger known as Gistlover published a list of women allegedly linked to Akpabio. This list included Hilda Baci, though no concrete evidence was provided to support these claims.
In response to the rumors, Daniel Regha criticized those who were quick to believe and spread the allegations without proof. He pointed out the hypocrisy of people who had previously celebrated Hilda Baci’s Guinness World Record attempt now turning against her based on unverified information.
Regha expressed his thoughts on social media, stating: “Hilda Baci allegedly dating Akpabio hasn’t been confirmed yet, but y’all have already made a big deal out of it; Believing with no single proof like a picture, video, or leaked audio conversation to back up the allegations. This is coming from people who were quick to celebrate her after the GWR attempt. Where’s the sense in that?”
Some of the women mentioned in the allegations have already come forward to deny any involvement with Akpabio. As of now, there is no concrete evidence supporting the claims against Hilda Baci or the other women named in the list.
