Davido signee, Trevboi Amosun declared wanted for murder
Former music artiste signed under Davido’s record label, Trevboi Amosun, has been declared wanted by the police following the killing of another man at a popular nightclub in Fadeyi, Lagos.
According to a twitter user, who goes by the moniker ‘Cloud Target’, the killing occurred Friday night at Bar 38, where the victim, identified as Kenny died.
He alleged that Trevboi shot and killed Kenny during an altercation late Friday night.
“WANTED!!!! WANTED!!!! Shot and killed my friend yesterday in Bar 38 club, Fadeyi. Known as Trevboi. He’s armed and dangerous. Wherever you are Trevboi, you’ll pay the price. Any information about him will be appreciated. Kindly retweet.The kind of person people are trying to make excuse for. A known murderer”, Cloud Target posted.
Lagos Police have waded in.
Police spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin tweeted on Monday: “We commenced investigation minutes after the incident happened. The suspect abandoned his car and fled on foot. The car and the documents in it are in our custody. Investigation is ongoing”.
The nightclub, Bar 38, has temporarily suspended its operations as the police conduct their investigations at the scene of the incident.
