Davido’s highly anticipated album, 5ive, has soared to the #1 spot on Nigeria’s Apple Music Top Albums chart—even before its official release
The project, which initially debuted at #6 and later climbed to #3, now sits at the top, reflecting the overwhelming excitement from fans.
Scheduled for release on April 18, 2025, 5ive will be Davido’s fifth studio album. It is expected to blend Afrobeats, Amapiano, and Dancehall, featuring collaborations with YG Marley, Odumodublvck, and Chike. So far, three singles—”Awuke” featuring YG Marley, “Funds” featuring Odumodublvck and Chike, and “Be There Still”—have been released.
