Chris Okotie’s Fresh Democratic Party may be suing the Independent
National Electoral Commission (INEC), once again. The founder of the party,

disobedience of court order against its party’s de-registration.

Okotie claims they got a favourable ruling in court, when
INEC de-registered some parties in 2012, which also included Fresh Democratic Party. But
despite the favourable ruling, INEC has refused to register the party again, he said.

A lawyer who represented the party in court has said the Party would be returning to court to get an injunction against
Ekiti, Osun and the 2015 general elections, until Fresh Party is recognised.
