Socio Political activist, Deji Adeyanju, Deji Adeyanju has berated Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari for posting graduation pictures of her daughter-in-law Zahra B. Buhari on social media.
Deji had suggested the post was insensitive considering Nigerian students have been at home for MONTHS due to ASUU strike.
While reacting to a post made by the First Lady, Adeyanju wrote;
‘’Even ASUU strike couldn’t stop Aisha Buhari from posting this? You can’t shame the shameless. The way the Buharis scammed Nigerians in 2015 should be studied.’’
Some however disagreed with his post, saying Mrs Buhari has the right to celebrate, while others backed Adeyanju saying they are in the seat of power and should make education equal just like other countries where their children went to study and are still studying.
