Portable has taken aim directly at veteran rapper Olamide in response to entertainment manager Tunde Perry’s recent claims
Perry had accused Portable of blocking opportunities for upcoming artistes after insulting Olamide, suggesting some top industry figures were now avoiding the singer.

In a video reply, Portable addressed Olamide head-on, dismissing the claims and asserting his independence in the music scene.
“I hear say Tunde Perry talk say Olamide talk say dem circle make dem no play my song… I get my own fans ooo. I big pass any fvcking body. Who go help you no go stress you,” Portable said.
He added defiantly, “No man can stop my shining. Olamide dey your dey, make I dey my dey.”
Portable’s remarks signal that he is unbothered by industry gatekeeping and remains confident in his fan base and career trajectory, even in the face of criticism from both Olamide and senior music figures.
