Deyemi Okanlawon says he wished his 3rd child is a girl

Actor Deyemi Okanlawon has disclosed that he wished for a daughter when his wife was pregnant

The actor who gave birth to another son in February said this in a recent interview with Teju Babyface in which he added that he is still hopeful for a female child.

He said;

“I told my wife that I only have men inside me and I have the energy for them. Especially now that my wife is out of town with the baby and I’m left with the boys, we’ve been giving each other gbas gbos.”

“When we found out that we were having a baby, I wished it was a girl but I realised that ‘man, she’s just going to steal my heart and my time and I won’t be able to take my eyes away from her.’

When we found out it was a boy we were like ‘Okay, God knows what he wants but never say never.”

Deyemi and his Damilola got married in January 2013.

They are blessed with two other boys; Demide and Adeife.

The couple who have three children, all boys, met at the university of Lagos and were in the same department.
