Diddy’s attorneys are pushing back against allegations of a second victim in the musician’s alleged s3x trafficking case
The 55-year-old artist, who was arrested on September 16 in New York City on charges of s3x trafficking and racketeering, remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
Diddy, who has been denied bail three times, recently requested bail again, offering a $50 million bail package.

In court documents filed on Friday and obtained by TMZ, his lawyers challenged the government’s claim of a second victim.
The initial indictment mentioned an anonymous victim believed to be his former girlfriend Cassie, with whom he was in a relationship from 2007 to 2018.
Cassie had previously accused Diddy of r3pe and abuse, and the two reached an undisclosed settlement a day after her lawsuit was filed last November.
Diddy’s attorneys argue that the alleged second victim is “not a victim at all” and claim that she has not been interviewed by prosecutors or been a target of Diddy’s alleged actions.
They also assert that Diddy made no attempts to contact her, which they claim prosecutors are aware of.
Additionally, his legal team alleges that the government intentionally misled the court and withheld information during Diddy’s first bail hearing.
In the documents, the original accuser, Cassie, is labeled as “Victim 1,” and the attorneys argue that her allegations only surfaced in November 2023, following an 11-year relationship with Diddy.
