Diddy’s oldest son Justin Combs was arrested in connection with DUI near Beverly Hills early Sunday.
Combs, 29, was witnessed running a red light by a police officer and pulled over around 8 a.m., police told TMZ Sunday.
Combs was seen speaking with a police officer in an image published by the outlet.
Police told the outlet that the officer pulled over the vehicle Combs was driving in and determined him to be the driver.
The officer subsequently determined that probable cause existed to arrest Combs, who was taken into custody in connection with suspicion of driving under the influence, the outlet reported.
Combs was then booked in connection with a misdemeanor DUI, with his bond set at $5,000, the outlet reported.
He was subsequently released on his own recognizance, The U.S. Sun later reported.
