Christian Combs, the son of rapper and businessman Sean “Diddy” Combs, is facing allegations of s3xual assault in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court
According to the lawsuit, filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, who worked on a yacht leased by Sean Combs and his family, the environment aboard the yacht turned inappropriate, with suspected s3x workers and celebrities frequently present.
The lawsuit alleges that on December 28, 2022, Christian Combs pressured O’Marcaigh to drink tequila, which she suspects was laced with drugs, and subsequently assaulted her. Sean Combs is not accused of assault but is named in the lawsuit for liability and aiding and abetting.
In response, attorneys for Sean and Christian Combs have denounced the allegations as baseless and plan to seek dismissal of the lawsuit.
This lawsuit is the latest in a series filed against Sean Combs, who has faced accusations of s3xual misconduct and other illegal activities, which he has consistently denied. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and cites audio recordings from the yacht as evidence.
