A social media user recently posted a false claim on their X page, stating that Don Jazzy gifted Egungun of Lagos $300 million after an interview to support his career
The post quickly gained traction, but was met with widespread criticism and backlash from netizens who accused the user of spreading misinformation.
Don Jazzy himself responded to the post with a sarcastic comment, saying:
“Wow that’s massive. Abeg help me beg am to commot the 2 zeroes just give me 3m back. I go appreciate die.”
This response was a humorous way of denying the false claim, with Don Jazzy essentially saying that if Egungun of Lagos is willing to part with even a fraction of the alleged amount, he would be grateful.
