Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode in a statement signed
by his Chief Press Secretary, Habib Aruna, has urged his family members, friends,
political associates and well wishers who intend to run adverts in pages of
newspapers or other avenues to wish him a happy birthday on Sunday June, 14 to
please desist from it and send him the advert money, so he can use it to fight a
good cause- a fight against cancer.

said in the statement.

The statement also noted that the project is being anchored
by Dr. Christopher Kolade and Professor Pat Utomi. A bank account, First Bank,

donations to be paid into.
