Renowned DJ Big N has cautioned aspiring DJs against treating the profession as a fallback plan
He emphasized that a genuine passion for music is essential to succeed in the industry, warning that those without it will be short-lived.
DJ Big N also criticized DJs who solely focus on Amapiano, advising them to diversify their musical knowledge and “build their crates.”
He wrote: “Everybody now Wants to Be A DJ
It’s not an escape route, it’s not a plan B, if you don’t have deeep love for music, you will be a flash in the pan.
Yeah I’m talking to those DJs who think the only music out there is amapiano. Build your crates”
