The former Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly, Mr. Ibani Ikuinyi-Owaji who resigned from office on the 18th of December, 2015 under controversial circumstances, has re-emerged the new Speaker as Adams Dabotorudima resigned today.
Recall Adams Dabotorudima who resigned today had succeeded Ikuinyi-Owaji last year, now Ikuinyi is also succeeding him.
He, Ibani Ikuinyi-Owaji, was elected in an exercise that was conducted by the Deputy Speaker of the House, Mr. Marshal Uwom.
