The Department of State Services, DSS, has secured a d.eath sentence against Ibrahim Usman, also known as Dan Iyali
This is over his involvement in the k!dnapping and k!lling of three persons in Sokoto State in September 2023.
Usman was convicted by the High Court of Justice of Sokoto State, sitting in the Sokoto Judicial Division, where he faced a four-count charge alongside other suspects who are currently at large.
The charges bordered on cr!minal conspiracy, k!dnapping, culpable homicide punishable with d.eath, and voluntarily causing grievous hurt without provocation.
