Fashion entrepreneur Cynthia Obi Uchendu has expressed frustration over poor customer service from online vendors, highlighting the importance of quality service when spending hard-earned money

In a new Instagram post, she shared her experience with a vendor who, after she selected items, sent individual prices instead of a total cost, expecting her to calculate the total herself.
Cynthia questioned why vendors wouldn’t provide a total amount.
She urged business owners to improve their services, emphasizing that customers deserve respect and quality service, regardless of the amount spent.
She wrote: “Never too early for a rant.
Some Insgram vendors and their costumer service.
I select a few items and ask for the total cost with delivery. Instead of calculating and sending me the full amount, they expect me to add it myself and make payemnt”
“Isn’t it the job of the seller to give the total amount of what I’m buying?
Or am I running mad?”
“Please if you own a business, do better. Clearly things are tough for everyone.
If I’m spending my hard earned money. No matter how small, I expect quality service”
