Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State has approved the
appointment of Mallam Aliyu Muhammed Salisu as his Special Assistant on Persons
with Disabilities. This was contained in a press statement issued by his media
aide, Mr Samuel Aruwan, in Kaduna today.

According to the statement, Salisu, who hails from Sabon
Gari, Zaria, holds a Diploma in Special Education from the Kaduna Polytechnic
and another Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from the Ahmadu Bello
University, Zaria.
