Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, the
Governor-elect of Kaduna State has started drumming into the ears of
politicians that the criteria for those that would form his cabinet, after
being sworn into office on May 29, would be based on integrity, competence and
transparency. El-Rufai who received his certificate of return at INEC headquarters
in the State today said, his Government will be different, free and fair and
most importantly he will be transforming the State.

who took part in election malpractices during the last general elections will
