Emmanuel Obasi, former partner of Nigerian actress Judy Austin, has marked the birthday of their daughter, Adaeze Chukwu Obasi, with a message that also contained comments directed at the actress.
In the statement, Obasi extended birthday wishes to his daughter while making critical references to her mother’s handling of their children’s public presence.
He wrote:
“Today is my daughter’s birthday, my first seed beautiful Adaeze Chukwu Obasi. I am wishing you long life and understanding with good health. I know your mother will not post you. Let her continue hiding you and your brother with her fake life but time shall tell, because there is time for everything. Let her continue hiding her off-camera life but I am praying that every charms made by human shall expire in Jesus name. Amen.”
The message combined expressions of goodwill toward his daughter with allegations concerning the actress’s private life and parenting choices. Obasi suggested that the children were being kept away from him and public yet desplays her kids with Yul Edochie, a claim he linked to what he described as a “fake life.”
As of the time of this report, Judy Austin has not issued any public response to the statement.
