Eniola noted that imports are decreasing while exports are increasing, indicating an expanding economy.
She cited 2024 statistics: imports totaled N24.44 trillion, while exports reached N38.59 trillion, resulting in a trade surplus of over N14 trillion in eight months.
She described this shift as “refreshing” and a move from consumption to production, suggesting a positive economic trend under the current administration.
