Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has taken on a new leadership role following her appointment by the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs & Social Development ahead of the National Women Mega Empowerment & Rally 2026, themed “The Power of 10 Million: One Voice! One Movement!! One Choice!!!”.

The initiative, designed to promote unity and large-scale empowerment for women across Nigeria, is being positioned as both a rally and a national movement focused on inclusion, purpose, and social impact.
Badmus has been named Co-Chairperson of the Entertainment Committee, a role she described with strong emotion and gratitude.
In her statement, she said:
